1.Chicken charsiu

Material:

- 500 grams of boneless chicken thigh

- 3 tablespoons of chairsiuw seasoning

- 1.5 tsp Angkak (hot water, puree) or you can use red dye

- 2 cloves of pureed garlic

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon of ngohiong seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

- 2-3 tablespoons of honey

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

- Salt, sugar, flavoring, pepper to taste


How to make:

- Skewer the meat with a fork. Marinated with all spices, put in refrigerator, cover with clingwrap overnight or at least 3 hours.

- Bake in oven temperature 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- Once cooked, there will be a lot of juice coming out, drain it.

- Finish by burning on Teflon until it dries a little and smokes.

- While roasting on Teflon, back and forth while smearing with honey and the remaining roasting oil.
